At Keltech, our core business is hardware maintenance, but we also offer a wide range of professional services to help with your everyday data centre needs. Our staff has over 40 years of combined experience working in and around data centres and it shows in their professionalism and onsite conduct. 

With our project management experience and in-house workforce, we can can support extended project based tasks from IMAC, Disk Destruction/Erasure, Deinstalls and Relocations.

Our core technical support team is comprised of individuals that have an average of 30+ years of service with the OEM before joining Keltech and who have each risen through the ranks to become National Technical Support Specialists in their respective area. They have worked for the likes of IBM, HDS, HP, StorageTek, Sun Microsystems, Network Systems Corp and Oracle. 

To ensure our technicians are up to date on all of the equipment we support, we provide on-going training that is held in the onsite lab at our headquarters in Markham, ON. The lab is an integral resource that is used for education, testing/repair of returned parts, “dry run” of code upgrades, critical parts replacement and more.
